1Members of The Obstetrical and Gynaecological Society of Hong Kong (OGSHK) or Hong Kong Society of Reproductive Medicine (HKSRM).
2Local physicians who register and pay as “Non-member” for the Meeting can apply for membership of OGSHK for free within year 2016.  
3Verification letter from your institution / hospital is required to qualify for the Trainee/Midwives/Allied Health fee.

Registration fee will include

  • Admission to all meeting sessions, exhibition, lunch symposium and social programme, if any.
  • Admission to morning / afternoon coffee and tea
  • One set of meeting materials
  • Certificate of attendance

Registration Procedure
Participants can register for the conference by the following methods:
A. Register ONLINE
B .Complete the registration form and return it with appropriate payment to the Meeting Secretariat.  Upon receipt of completed registration form and full payment, the Secretariat will issue a letter of confirmation by email.

To enjoy the early bird rate, registration and payment must be received on later than 15 April 2016.

Payment
Payment or registration fees must be made in Hong Kong Dollars by the following methods:

  • Credit card: Visa and MasterCard
  • Hong Kong Dollar Cheque (for Hong Kong participants only) made payable to “International Conference Consultants Ltd.

Please note that substitution is permitted on the basis that written notice is received before 1 May 2016.

Rules and Regulations

  1. Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.
  2. Registration form without payment will NOT be processed. Please do NOT send cash.
  3. Meeting Secretariat will send a letter of confirmation by email upon receipt of your registration form and full payment.
  4. Cancellations must be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat and the refund will be made after the congress. If cancellation is received on or before 22 April, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.Thereafter, there is no refund of registration fee.
  5. The programme is subject to change without prior notice.  In the event of cancellation of the Meeting, the only liability of the Organizers is to refund the registration fees paid.
  6. All enquiries, changes and cancellations should be made in writing to the Meeting Secretariat.
